This is an optional Exotek 72 Tooth XB4 Flite Center Spool Set. This light weight spool greatly reduces the rotating mass of your XB4 for that extra boost in 13.5t and 17.5t spec racing. The Exotek spool set weighs 18 grams with the spur gear and the included coated hard steel outdrive cups.
Machined 72t pom spur gear is included and bolts on to the lightweight alloy spool.
For non-boosted 13.5 or 17.5 classes only.
Also compatible with Exotek spur gears or standard 48p Kimbrough spur gears KIM144 , KIM145, etc.
NOTE: Must use anti wear grease for the steel cup and bones.

So far an excellent product. Seems to fit ok. This spur and outdrive is so light in comparison to stock slipper. Because of this the motor will have less torque strain, will run cooler, will run faster. Car weight will be lighter, spur will turn differentials faster. What a great aftermarket product! And all for a price where the customer does not get ripped off by X-RAY!!!
