Exotek Racing XB2 MIP Pucks Rear Steel Axle Conversion lets you combine these axles and diff spacers so you can run an MIP B6 OR B5 bi-metal pucks axles and ball diff on your XB2 series buggy! Made in USA of hardened oxide coated steel, these axles provide reduced rotating mass and off set axles for improved driveline efficiency and more grip! These are also compatible with Exotek titanium B6 bones (EXO1693).

The axle set allows a direct bolt on of MIP pucks and ball diff for the ultimate light weight drive line that's a must for ultra competitive stock class racing. The MIP ball diff is used in conjunction with the stock XB2 ball diff gear and diff balls. The axles also improve dog bone geometry by using the longer MIP dog bones and narrower ball diff for less dog bone angles which improves drive line efficiency and suspension action for more grip.

Package includes 2 steel axles and 2 alloy diff spacers. Conversion requires MIP bi-metal puck axles and puck diff (MIP16080 or MIP14230) and XB2 Ball Diff Gear (not included) and XB2 hexes that are 2 stripe or narrower or Exotek hex 7mm or narrower (not included).

Exotek XB2 MIP Pucks Rear Steel Axle Conversion
Thank you Exotek for making this conversion! The geometry of this is spot on although my XB2 2017 ce required a total of 3mm per side of the differential bearings. The B6 shiny drive system had the extra 1mm shims needed. Also, the XB2 axle drive pin retainers will need to be modified as they protrude into the bearing and will not allow you to easily install outer drive pin and hex. Not sure if the B6 retainer is the answer but I will look into it.
