The Exotek D216 Chassis Brace is a lightweight battery to transmission brace option for the D216. This alloy brace removes one of the pivot points, adding a slight increase in chassis stiffness. Machined from 6061 aluminum material and anodized black. Includes a long wear steel bushing.

Exotek D216 Chassis Brace
Nice looking piece. Appears to only work with sidways battery position, doesn't look long enough for the lengthwise configuration.
First things noticed were high quality anodize and finish. The next thing was the sleeve, it's got lots of slack, too much in my opinion. I'll update this part upon installation, but as the solid point of this bracket, I don't get why there's more than a slip fit on this eyelet. Can't really give this 5 stars until this is rectified and the listing is specific on what battery configuration it's made for.

Its in, it's not a perfect fit and the length will have to be stretched out about a 1.5-2.0mm so that battery clamp can go flat again. There's room for improving here.
