EMAX RS1306-4000kV Brushless Motor
Good day!
I have purchased these motors and for the most part I am happy with them. But... I do have a few issues with these motors.
Issue #1 The nuts do not fit properly on these and thus do not stay tighten. The nylon part that would keep the nut from getting loose does not make contact with the shaft. I have tried a few different props and at is the same thing. To remedy this I needed to purchase low profile nuts.
Issue #2 I have had a few not so hard crashes and so for the the magnets on the motors have come loose from the bell. Seems that the resin used is not strong enough. I hope it is just two bad motors and not a resin issue. It would suck if the rest of my motors did the same thing.
Issue #3 One of the motors bearings are starting to make noise. Not good. For this I will use one of the motors electromagnets since I now have two spares! Replacing the bearings on such small motors suck!

Overall the motors perform extremely well and as far as regular operation goes they are great!

1/3/2019 Update!
Well I have been flying these motors since Thu, Sep 21, 2017. Today when doing some maintenance I noticed that the bearings on the 3 of motors were not sounding good. When testing on the bench the motors make quite a lot of noise. Conclusion, The bearing are shot. Perhaps the size of the bearings will cause them to have a shorter life time than their big brothers? but I am not sure. Now I am stuck looking for new motors. Although they are powerful motors that perform great I will not be getting these again. If you know the life span of these motors please let me know. I have 2200 motors that still perform great!

March 2019 update.
I was able to purchase new bearings. I have not installed the new bearings. As it turns out only one of the motors had an issue with noise! That motor has been replaced but as of now all the motors are still good. I have two quads with these motors and they are performing great! perhaps it was a bad batch but none the less. They are good.
