The Element RC Enduro Trailwalker Ready To Run 1/10 4x4 Trail Truck with a 2.4GHz Radio, Charger and Battery Pack is an evolution of the already popular Enduro platform. At the heart of the Enduro is Element's revolutionary Stealth X gearbox. Although the exterior appears to have a standard 3-gear transmission look, the inside is far from conventional. The Stealth X features the ability to adjust the rear drive ratio independently from the front drive across three levels: "Stock" overdrives the front end 5.7%, "Option 1" provides a one-to-one drive ratio front-to-rear, and "Option 2" overdrives the front end 11.83% (included in RTR).

Power to the tires comes from 3-piece telescopic driveshafts with an extruded aluminum center section, universal front drive axles, and hardened steel ring and pinion gears. With the Enduro drivetrain, delivering useful power will not be an issue. The steering link has been located from the conventional location in front of the axle to behind the axle instead (BTA). With this feature the approach angle of and front end clearance is greatly improved, making it even easier to manage rough terrain and courses.

No trail truck would be complete without a detailed and realistic looking body. The Trailwalker 4x4 is just that, with a style influenced by 80's and 90's models. The Trailwalker comes equipped with a high-strength polycarbonate body that has been pre-painted for a clean and finished look. The body was designed for both looks and function, featuring a single-piece design with roll bar, injection-molded bumper and D-rings, windshield wipers, folding mirrors, and front grill with working LEDs. The Trailwalker's pivoting side mirror design reduces the risk of losing mirrors while on trail.

Gripping the trail is a set of officially licensed General Grabber A/T X tires molded in a high-performance, soft compound rubber. The General Grabber A/T tires are mounted on three-piece 1.55" beadlock wheels. No more worrying if your RTR tires will come unglued.

The Enduro Trailwalker 4x4 comes ready to hit the trails right out of the box with performance-driven Reedy Power electronics. The ultra-smooth, and powerful 16-turn, 5-slot brushed crawler motor and Reedy Power SC400X electronic speed controller with T-plug connector supply ample power to this tough rig. Control your rig on the trail with the updated 3-channel XP130 2.4GHz radio and Reedy Power high-torque 1320MG metal-gear servo. This combo includes a 3000mAh 2S Shorty LiPo battery (ASC758) and charger to get you crawling even faster!

Element RC Enduro Trailwalker RTR 1/10 Trail Truck Combo
Purchased the RTR with battery/charger so I would have a spare battery to fit the small tray. No issues with the charger or battery, basic but works. The truck itself started shedding end links on the front upper link within minutes with the stock wheels and tires. Tire glue on the rod ends held it together for backyard crawling, and switching to a Husky link High Clearance kit solved the problem and made the truck a far better crawler.

The optional rear underdrive gear is not pretapped. Use a high quality 1.5mm driver and a tap if possible.

I did replace the body with a Pro-Line F250 cab/Ascender bed and wheels/tires with normal 4.6”ish tires.

The radio works, though the steering is tough 1 handed. Esc is functional, will likely be replaced by a Hobbywing 1080 at some point.

Element RC Enduro Trailwalker RTR 1/10 Trail Truck Combo
An RTR Crawler for under $400 that comes with a Lipo battery and a charger out of the box is a deal to good to pass up! This thing looks great! Even though it is not a licensed body it has a great look to it and the 1.5 tires add a new dimension to rock crawling for me. Also the amount of Mods available is a definite plus. I will agree that the mirrors are better left off and you can buy a shell for the back to give it a Blazer or Bronco look. Plus I have a Team Associated buggy and I love their products and trust the name so I took the plunge and I'm glad I did.

Element RC Enduro Trailwalker RTR 1/10 Trail Truck Combo
Let me start by saying I bought this for my son, and I like the fact that you dont need buy or upgrade anything right out of the box. Although there are a ton of hop up options available. The smaller tires perform well considering the 1.55 size. I did however change them out for 1.9"rim/109mm tires I had laying around with a slight lift to the body or they rub.

I shopped far and wide for the perfect kit and a REAL RTR. Most if not all other kits still require a battery and charger.
This truck is also created by Team Associated, a name trusted by millions of RC hobbyists since the late 1970's.

The ONLY bad thing I found is the mirrors. Don't even try to put them on. they fall off on the first side scrape. they are weak and not thought out very well.
