The Element Enduro Knightrunner 4x4 RTR 1/10 Rock Crawler is an incredible scale rig, developed for the serious enthusiast that demands realism and performance. With James Knight of Knight Customs on board designing one of the most detailed scale bodies to ever be included in a RTR platform, the Knightrunner is guaranteed to impress.
Body
The Knightrunner features injection-molded grille, mirrors, door handles, wipers, and more to add an incredible level of detail to the polycarbonate body. The included decal sheets include a variety of additional overland style graphics and sponsor logos to make it easy to personalize the truck. Combine the body with officially licensed scale parts from industry-leading aftermarket brands DeMello Off-road, Front Runner, Magnaflow, and General Tire and you have a rig that delivers the highest level of scale realism possible.
Knight Customs
James Knight, the founder of Knight Customs, has been passionate about radio-controlled models since the age of 9 when he first discovered hobby-grade models. James' passion is driven by the fact that there is something magical about building a model that moves and looks exactly like a real, full-size vehicle. James has a passion for collecting many of the vintage RCs from the 80s and 90s, in addition to modern scale crawlers. His collection features everything from an original RC10 to modern-day trail trucks and crawlers.
Chassis Features
The Knightrunner delivers an incredible blend of scale looks and performance. The Enduro Knightrunner 4X4 boasts many of the same performance features found on many of our other trail proven vehicles. The Stealth X Transmission, "IFS" independent front suspension, threaded aluminum shocks and up to 45 degrees of steering round out the chassis. Combine this with the Reedy SC480X ESC, 5-slot 16 turn Reedy motor and high torque metal gear 1320MG servo and you have an impressive electronics package that is ready for adventure.

Loves this scale looking rig. I’m a big Toyota fan and this is a great replica. Everything included works great the suspension the motor it all gems nicely. Would be nice to maybe have a 2nd speed but for now I’m good. Thanks Amain.

Great looking truck from AE just wish it didn't have body post holes. the Knightcustom mod for the IFS is great, truck should come from AE this way. Also, AE use to provide tools with the cars/trucks...no tools in this one, not even a wrench to remove the wheels.

Love the Knightrunner RC. The detail is fantastic! Love the gray color. It is slightly top-heavy. I put 22mm wheel extenders on it and it sure handles much better...not as top-heavy. The wheels it comes with are great looking for the truck color. Installed a larger motor with a two-speed transmission. I reset the ESC parameters for the new motor and trans. Works great! My buddy and I both have one just for pleasure, not competition. A great-looking scale truck. If you like the Tundra look don't miss getting one for the current price.

Have been having a blast with this little truck.
It's more of a trail truck, so if you're looking for something that will climb vertical walls, there are better options out there.
That being said, it is quite capable for what it is. It takes a bit of focus and good line choice to get over some obstacles, but that's kinda what makes it so enjoyable and engaging to drive
Seems to be well-designed and put together with good parts.
Stock tires are around 3.8" diameter, and you'll need to trim a little fender if you go over 4".
I am running 4.2" tires as it gives the IFS front suspension a little more clearance.
My only complaint is it doesn't come with magnetic body mounts, fender liners, or an interior...
..and the fact that if you want to customize it with these parts - you'll need to either buy a good 3D printer(and learn how to use it), or pay the outrageous prices (and wait times) to have them printed on Shapeways.
Knight Customs should have these parts batch printed and ready to ship or get them all injection molded and bring the cost back down to decent levels.

Beautiful crawler! But there’s not a lot of room for upgrades!!! IR bigger tires, better shocks to lift the truck. The independent front suspension limits you!

Great looking truck and accessories. Ordering and shipping were fast and easy. Only thing that seems really off are the headlight and taillight decals. Just dont look right imo and should be cheap and easy fix from the factory.
