This is a set of two Contact RC 1/8 Scale On Road Front Tires, mounted on Lightweight "Transparent" Wheels. Made with an innovative foam compound, Contact RC tires are made with only the best materials, and rated using a fully automated durometer hardness system that provides consistent shore rating/density from tire to tire. The fully automated gluing, and truing processes mean that every single tire produced meets the high standards required by top level racers.
Available in shore ratings from 32 to 50, there is a tire to suit every condition. The Light Wheels are great for serious racers, but may flex more than is considered acceptable, especially in warm climates or high grip conditions. Suitable for fast tracks in cooler temperatures, the Light Wheels are 20% lighter and will help improve handling and offer better acceleration.
NOTE: These wheels are compatible with on-road style quick release axles; they are not compatible with hexes.
