This is an optional CEN Racing Roto-Tech Starter Backplate Assembly, and is intended for use with the CEN Racing Nemesis and Genesis included 7.7cc engine. This backplate replaces the pull start on the engine and uses a roto-start shaft (CENG70358-03) to start the engine.
