This is an optional CRC Gen-Xi Conversion Kit, and is intended for use with the CRC Gen-X 1/12 pan car. The conversion kit gives you all the benefits of the Gen-Xi, multiple battery positions, multiple shock mount positions, flat or standup servo option and 1s Shorty pack compatiblity. The same performance that Kenny Lambert and Hupo Honigl used to dominate the 2011 IIC.
Calandra Racing Concepts has always tried to keep upgrade ability in mind for loyal CRC owners. This principle started with the Carpet Knife Version 3 platform that was initially released in 1997. Owners of that 1997 version could upgrade all the way through the final release of the Version 3.2R in 2005. The new Gen-X platform was released in 2006 and like the Carpet Knife V3, owners of that original Gen-X in 2006 can upgrade to the 2012 Gen-Xi. Better for both racers and hobby stores that stock replacement parts.
