The BowHouse Redcat Gen8 N2R Panhard Relocation Mount is a CNC machined aluminum option for any Gen8 truck that fixes the issues with the stock geometry. This simple bolt-on part all but eliminates the bump steer and centers up the front axle at normal ride height.
NOTE: Not compatible with Gen8 Pack Chassis.
Includes:
- (1) N2R Gen8 Panhard Mount
- (3) M3x16mm BHCS
- (1) pivot ball
Installation Notes:
- Start by removing the chassis side Panhard rod end from the pivot ball (you can leave the pivot ball in place).
- Unscrew the pivot ball that attaches the Panhard to the axle and reinstall on the front side of the axle's Panhard mount.
- Remove the screw that secures the left inner fender to the front of the left side shock tower (just ahead of the shock).
- Use one of the included M3x16mm screws to attach the N2R Gen8 Panhard Mount where the left inner fender screw was removed.
- Use a second included M3x16mm screw to secure the N2R Gen8 Panhard Mount to the hole at the front of the stock plastic panhard mount.
- Insert the included pivot ball into the chassis side rod end and attach to the panhard mount using the third included M3x16mm screw. Use thread lock when attaching the panhard to the mount.

Nice piece, however I don't believe it fits a V2 Gen8/Axe.
I tried it didn't line up well with the panhard at all. I checked out serval videos on YouTube. In doing so - I see comments that it doesn't fit the V2. You might want to check on that. Now I'm stuck with a Panhard I won't ever use. I reached out to Bowhouse but no word...

Overall worked well, didn't fit perfectly but I also didn't need to do any crazy modifications, just had to install all hardware loosely then tighten up. It does correct some steering geometry issues and works the way it should. 4 stars due to fit. Redcat Gen8 V1

The part is very nice. Bad part is it doesn't fit. I spent an hour drilling grinding and filing to get it to fit. Stock gen8 v2. They need to remeasure where the holes go.

This is a nice part, however I'd doesn't fit a gen8 without modifications. You have to grind down one side so it will sit flat on the chassis then the screw holes for the original pan hard will align up. Once you get that far then if you have the updated axle housings, you'll need to grind off the inner nub for the shock mount. Then you'll have to use ballstuds to reattach the lower shocks to the C-hubs. All in all it takes some work and extra parts to make this part fit. It's NOT a bolt up part.

BowHouse RC Redcat Gen8 N2R Panhard Relocation Mount (Black)
Mount does not work with Gen8 PACK chassis. Purchased this to sort out some of the suspension geometry issues and realized after several attempts that this does not fit the Gen8 PACK chassis. The holes do not line up.
