This is the Blade Nano QX Bind-N-Fly Micro Electric Quad-Copter. The tiny Nano QX is RC flying fun you can take anywhere. The Nano QX weighs little more than half an ounce and is small enough to fly in spaces no bigger than an office cubicle. The Nano QX uses the SAFE™ technology system with sophisticated flight control software to keep itself stable in a hover while in stability mode. So even if you are a rookie pilot that has never flown a quad-copter, you can control the Nano QX. If you get in trouble, just let go of the sticks. The SAFE technology system will bring the Nano QX back to a hover all by itself. Once you've mastered the basics, you can switch the SAFE system to agility mode for faster flying speeds and more maneuverability.

SAFE stands for Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope and is central to the performance of the Nano QX. Even new pilots will feel comfortable with the Nano QX in stability mode because SAFE will make sure the quad is always in control and in an upright fashion. You will feel an immediate sense of confidence and will be flying around like a pro in no time!

Blade Nano QX BNF Micro Electric Quadcopter Drone
The shipping doesn't say it's free, it in fact says even right inside the cart: "this item does not qualify for free super saver shipping"

Also, genius, a BNF (bind and fly) model assumes that you already have the transmitter. The RTF (Ready to Fly) version comes with a remote.

An awesome product, and a cool introduction to mutlirotors IMO. Everyone I know loves theirs.

Blade Nano QX BNF Micro Electric Quadcopter Drone
The Nano is easy to get up & flying in no time.
Is very predictable & more Durable than anything I have ever flown..
(IMHO) it is worth every penny it cost. You wont be disappointed it flies
Like a bird 2 x it's size even a lite LITE breeze was easy to fly in.
It is Starting to annoy my wife as it is quickly becoming my favorite bird for in the house.

Blade Nano QX BNF Micro Electric Quadcopter Drone
Finally succumbed to the feverish pull of a quad. Actually I fly CP heli's, sports planes and slope soarers. This is a little bit tame but I bought it to familiarize myself with quads before I spend some serious dosh on a camera platform.
It's great. I'd have to say though that I think the manual could have had a more comprehensive setup section as half the settings I had to sort out myself. This is a BNF version which I have bound to a DX8 tx. If anyone who doesn't know what BNF is then you're unlikely to even own a transmitter at this point so you should buy the RTF version which comes with a transmitter. BNF version is for the pilot who already has a transmitter.
Cheers

Blade Nano QX BNF Micro Electric Quadcopter Drone
Bought the BNF version and bound it to a DX6i. It's an awesome product. All of the positive reviews are correct. It's extremely durable and has superb flight characteristics. I can actually fly it in the house or outside, something my small helis struggle with at times. The nano handles wind extremely well, especially when you consider its small size. I have been using it as a trainer and have been flying in agility mode almost exclusively. I think my skills have improved considerably in just a couple of weeks. The nano is durable and gives me the confidence to try new things as I know damage or repairs will be minimal. Excellent choice for fun or improving skill.

Blade Nano QX BNF Micro Electric Quadcopter Drone
This is an amazing quad! Its powerful, agile, stable, durable! Everything you need to have fun is here in this quad. Flying characteristics are simply amazing in this little product! Buy this and you wont regret!

To Cooper: Read the description of the item, it sais BNF...Bind and fly, which means you must have your own tx. So, get one tx and then fly this quad.

Blade Nano QX BNF Micro Electric Quadcopter Drone
Hey ... Cooper Wexelblatt ... If you knew what you were doing, you would know that this is a BNF QuadCopter ... BNF means Bind N Fly ... Bind N Fly Aircraft DO NOT INCLUDE TRANSMITTERS ... Also, when you add the Item to your cart, it clearly states in red lettering: Note: This item is not eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping ... Do not give an item a bad review when you don't know what you are talking about.

Blade Nano QX BNF Micro Electric Quadcopter Drone
Do not buy this product!
I ordered this and it does not come with a remote, and is unusable out of the box.
This toy will be a let down to anyone you give it to. The shipping is "free", but actually costs $6.89. It also took 8 days to deliver.
