Blade InFusion 180 Smart BNF Basic Electric Helicopter
too much heli for me right now but I was able to fly it for quite a while before I had a pretty bad wreck. I didn't realize I was in trouble till I was past the point of no return and the infusion covered several hundred feet past the thick grass and hit the road I was flying kind of near as hard as you could possibly imagine. when I first saw it I was pretty sure it was destroyed. actually once I found it after like 15 mins I was pretty sure it was destroyed there was pieces everywhere. Turns out one set of main rotors tailboom and a servo arm which comes in a pack of three was all that was needed it was so cheap I threw in a couple upgrades too but it's gonna sit on the shelf till I can handle it. got a couple other blades to progress with in the meantime this is not a suitable first helicopter but it should be a great second one and if I had gotten through that first day I probably would've just stuck with this. I thought i was getting confidence but I was just getting cocky, a handful of throttle and full collective in any direction and your eyes can barely keep track of it, it's really fast and I'm really old compared to when I was really young. anyway I tried to save it instead of being smart and hitting the throttle hold and putting it down once I knew it was out of my full control. next time. The hidden benefit is that now I'm hooked and loving playing with the nano inside and taking apart and working on the infusion was fascinating and you have to respect the designers.
runs the same 850s the 230 runs so once I get the 230 mastered I'll put the batteries back in this thing or get some more. also if you're considering the 230 versus the 180 infusion go for the 230 if you're my age and vision is a factor. also the 230 looks absolutely great on the shelf and I think the infusion will look really sweet with some of the upgrades it's getting but the 230 looks like twice as good out of the box.
i'd like to amend this review - avoid the 230 at all costs. a defective flight controller out of the box something I realized after it was pretty much destroyed and self-destructed when throttle cut didn't function. I will avoid the brand going forward but but I do like this chopper and I do like the nano. I actually have a couple of them because they are great indoors. blades not gonna get my money anymore however I'm gonna go to a different brand.

Blade InFusion 180 Smart BNF Basic Electric Helicopter
The infusion 180 smart is an awesome helicopter. All I had to do is program I spectrum eight, then plug in the binding plug and it was all set. I had a good experience out of the box as soon as a bind it I had my first flight with no problems. I do see this helicopter as a very good step up after my experience with the 120 blade fix pitch helicopter. It does carry a lot of punch in comparison. Now I will be able to have fun flying at higher speeds!
