Axial Rockster Beadlock 2.2 Rock Crawler Wheels (2) (Black)
These are a good alternative to standard one piece rims, especially if you're using wheel weights and want the ability to adjust them. They are still by no means convenient to use. It takes time to undo all the bolts, but it's still better than glueing your tires and soaking them in acetone everytime you want to adjust the weights or foam. On top of that, they look great. I'musing mine with proline chisels.
