It’s aluminum cnc machined. This means it is decent quality. In the axial bomber kit you get king shocks - all aluminum - EXCEPT for the spring retainer. That part is plastic. So was very stingy on Axial’s behalf. To drive this point home - you can buy a set of king shocks for 40 bucks - all aluminum. So this part is half the price of the full set of king shocks. Axial should have added this to the kit - very disappointing.
