I just want to say that this car is fast right out of the box and I had no idea how the engineering on this car is over the top. This was a bucket list gift to my self I am 66 yrs old and never had so much fun it made me feel like a kid again and it’s not that I don’t have any hobbies it’s just another thing to do in my spare time. I am retired and have a little over 3 acres of land and I thought this would be a great place to run a remote controlled car and this car fit the bill. As you know this is definitely an adult hobby in many respects not just the expense oh and this can get expensive no doubt but the repairs and up keep on this car is not for the faint at heart so in a nut shell I’m all in now and will be buying another car or truck to add to my fun I am having not to mention everyone that sees this thing can’t believe how fast and maneuverable this car is. This buggy is awesome! This is my first Arrma rc and certainly will not be my last! The performance you get for the price really is a good deal. Looks like it should be easy to work on too. My second time out I ran it into a rock at about 20mph. It took the hit on the bottom shock screw, bent the screw and cracked the suspension arm but the shock was fine! I got the suspension arm off, epoxied and clamped it overnight and I was ready to run again the next day. If you don't own an Arrma yet, go for it. You will not be disappointed!

My first rc car as an adult. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It's plenty fast to race around the track with my friends. Jumps and lands very well
Awesome! The only problem that I have is that the pin falls out of the a arms a lot. But other than that,it’s a high quality and it is awesome!
Light weight flies like a long dart. Throttle control is very smooth was real easy to get the feel for it. Everyone should have one
I really love this RC. So far I've had a blast with it until the second time out when a rear wheel fell off. With some research I found out that it's very common and an easy fix with some loctite. I gave it 4 stars because it would have been nice if the manufacturer took a little time and fixed it before shipping.
Got mine about a month ago ? no problems so far,thing rips it up, all around GREAT BUGGY
This buggy is scary fast at 100 percent throttle, but it's incredible. I'm planning on ordering the 6s version.

I purchased this car for myself just as a fun toy to have. After being out of the RC game for many years, I researched for a long time until I decided on the Typon 3S BLX. I have run it a few times in dry conditions and wet and snowy conditions this car performed without a problem. I read in other review about the transmitter having a short range, I have not had any issues with that at all. Overall, I really enjoy this car and I am very happy with AMain website and the speed of delivery.

This is a fun little buggy to play with. The included controller takes a bit to get used to and could be better but all in all it was a good buy and my kids and I enjoy driving it around
I purchased this one for myself since my son started of with the Brushed version. I have Major Plans for mine but have yet to run her. Although she doesn't come with the Lipo or Charger, im completely satisfied and I picked up a 3s lipo/Charger from Amain as well! I want to run her semi stock..I have already Dropped some Hoons on her and she's Beautiful...then I placed her back into her box, ready to run with my son and his Brothers too, as I introduce them to our Wonderful Hobby. But my 3s Typhon, I will update as I run and start my mods...stay tuned...better yet get you one. Tell them Chris sent you, you won't be disappointed.
This is my second Typhon 3s and I love them. For the price the car is spot on. I bought this and put the Pro-Line 2.8 Prime street tires on it and it looks great. Figured the street tires would be great for street bashing and they are. The only negative thing I could find with either one is the tie rods aren’t really adjusted right. But that’s an easy fix.
This RC is pretty amazing. Years ago I was a Traxxas dude - had the Rustler, Stampede and Bandit... also an HPI Savage Flux XS - and they were all pretty fun.
It has been years so and my memory isn't the best - but this Typhon 3S feels like it would have destroyed all my upgraded Traxxas vehicles.. In reality probably not, but being skeptical it has reallyu exceeded my expectations. Now, I did make the mistake of driving it in the street and my street has like 12" curbs which I proceeded to hit my second time running. Shock broke, but it could have been worse. Bought upgraded shocks and have run the car many times since - steering clear of anything resembling pavement. It has taken a decent beating with rolls and some small air without a single issue. The radio has good range, but the sensitivity I am not sure about. May have to look at some upgrades in that department - but just for general bashing and fun (I mostly use mine to let my dogs chase after it - they are obssessed and its great exercise for them - it is def worth the price.
I knew better than to drive it on the street where curbs are present - but gave into impulse and paid 40$ for it. It is super fast stock and I can't wait to try the Kraton et al.
I have been a traxxas guy for a long time. I was really wanting a buggy style just like the typhon. Traxxas doesn’t make a buggy like this. I looked at team corally kyosho and numerous other brands but kept coming back to the typhon. And boy am i glad i did! This car alone has me second guessing my loyalty to traxxas. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
