Arrma Mega 550 Brushed Motor (12T)
This motor is junk, two of them went bad just sitting in my car. I order a car with one the end of October 2022. About two weeks after the motor went out, then Amain Hobbies sent me one for free as an replacement. I put the replacement one in and yesterday 12-12-22 that motor went out sitting in my basement again. I don't recommend this motor and will be putting a Traxxas 550 brushed motor in my Arrma.

Arrma Mega 550 Brushed Motor (12T)
Got it top out at 48mph (77kph) on a 3S Lipo with my DT03 stock gearing. Motor is faster than some brushless motors. Highly recommend for budget fun. Check me out on Instagram @emil_builds

Arrma Mega 550 Brushed Motor (12T)
Didn't last 5 battery cycles.

Burned up the Traxxas Titan 550t on my Stampede (after only a few hours of run time) and they didn't have replacements in stock. I went with the Arrma because the specs are the same. Worked terrific at first, truck seemed slightly faster than it did with the Traxxas motor. By the 4th battery cycle, it seemed to be less powerful and had less punch. 5th battery the truck took off about half as fast as usual and then simply lost motor power, no smoke, no nothing. Servo worked normal and would still turn. After testing the batteries and esc, I removed the motor and tested it directly on a properly charged battery, nothing happened.

I kept temp under control and kept it cleaned and bearings lubricated, still got almost no time out of either 550t. Upgrading to Hobbywing brushless, no more brushed motors for me.
