This is the AKA Pro Multi-Tip Tire Punch, an update to the most popular tire punch on the market. The redesigned Pro Multi Tip Tire Punch features a cantilever design to increase punch pressure and reduce hand fatigue. The redesigned handle has plastic cover on the lower handle to more comfortably fit your hand. The multi tip rotating head offers sizes from 2mm to 4.5mm and has a convenient waste box for the discarded rubber.

AKA Pro Multi-Tip Tire Punch
I have used a very similar looking tire punch from Pittsburgh Tools purchased at Harbor Freight for years. I had broken the largest cutting bit on that one, so I purchased this as a replacement. Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed in this version. The return spring is not strong enough, so you have to pull the handle apart to get maximum width on the jaws. Also, the cutting bits/blades are not very sharp...I had to pull out the little cutouts from the tire or foam inserts. There was no clean cut, like to older tool. Overall, not terrible, but I guess I'll look into getting another one like my current one.
