This is the Walkera DEVO 12S 2.4GHz 12-Channel Transmitter, with a built-in 4.7 inch touchscreen and included rechargeable LiPo battery pack.  

The DEVO 12S features an impressive 12-channels utilizing crystal-clear 2.4GHz Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) technology. The transmitter also features automatic ID binding, automatic ID assignment, and a customized fixed user ID setup.

Three mode types are available to accommodate nearly any flying style: Helicopter, Airplane and Glider. You can easily program the transmitter to your requirements and to the specifics of the model with the large 4.7 inch touchscreen that offers ultra convenient operation and visibility. Additionally, with the online USB update technology, you can rest assured the DEVO 12S firmware never goes out of date.
