For the third year in a row, A Main Hobbies team pilot Andrew Merlino will compete in the elite invitation-only Extreme Flight Championships, held at the AMA Headquarters in Muncie, IN.
Andrew has been practicing whenever possible for the event, even logging flights in dense Northeaster fog. Here’s a video of Andrew’s new rig in action:
Now in its tenth year, the annual XFC pits the best pilots in the world against one another in a freestyle competition that includes music, pyrotechnics, and incredible 3D aerobatics. Twelve of the biggest names in North America have been confirmed for the event, which takes place June 15-17.
