The Traxxas Slash is arguably one of the best and most authentic replicas of a modern Short Course Truck. Unfortunately, it’s lacking in a critical detail than many other manufacturers have incorporated into their trucks, which would be mud flaps. That is no longer an issue! RPM now has a mud flap system that integrates with our new Rear Bumper for the Traxxas Slash (RPM #81002, #81003 & #81005). The RPM Mud Flap System uses a pair of molded nylon support arms that bolt to pre-existing holes in the RPM bumper supports of our Slash rear bumpers. These support arms hold a set of well-designed rubber mud flaps that incorporate the molded RPM Logo on one side and are blank on the other. The end user can decide which side they would prefer to show. One final touch is a pair of molded screw supports that help prevent the screws from pulling through the soft rubber of the mud flaps.

Of course you have to use the RPM Rear bumper with these mud flaps. So I order these with the RPM Front & Rear bumpers when I ordered my Slash Ultimate. Install was easy and gives a nice look. Give a cool "Baja" look and might help with keeping dirt/dust from the body. I'd recommend them!

Sick addition to the Slash. Love to watch these things work as the truck rips up dirt. Must have RPM rear bumper. Had this for multiple bash sessions, still holding up great. RPM products rock.

Just got these mud flaps and they work great! Everyone is complaining about how they cover the inside edge of the tire and not the middle. If you have other rpm attachments like the wheelie bar etc. it extends it out. All the rpm number attachments attach to the same two holes so if you have all or most of the attachments they fit perfectly. I really like the look of this upgrade. Another great rpm upgrade.

Ok so here's my pre buy review, some places require these flaps for only God knows why, the flaps are only half way over the tire because if they fully covered the tire it would slap or something I read on it somewhere why it's a improper fit to the wheel line all in all don't buy, but if your track requires them or you like the style go for it. These get 5 stars off the bat for looks and style, then loose 3 because they're too &%$# narrow, i.e. half the flap isn't behind the tire but inside of it, and the other half goes to the middle of the tire, so it looks like a poor fit. I'm planning to put some spacers on the mounting points to push them out to the "correct" spot.
