This is the Team Losi Racing 22SCT RTC (Ready-To-Compete) 1/10 Scale 2WD Electric Short Course Truck, with an included and installed Spektrum 2.4GHz Radio System. The 22SCT RTC vehicle is the next evolution of the 22 Platform. A first of its kind, this Ready-to-Compete completion level of a Team Losi Racing 1/10 scale short course truck requires no building, installation of electronics or detailing to get track-ready. The only thing between this model and a podium worthy finish is a battery, charger and a driver.

The Ready-to-Compete completion level allows those who don't have the time or the desire to build a race-quality RC vehicle the opportunity to gain access to a race-bred machine that can compete at any level. RTC vehicles are factory assembled and tuned to exact specifications. The vehicle is set to a neutral configuration and can be adapted to hundreds of tuning settings and options. The enclosed vehicle is same as the available model 22SCT kit, only assembled.

In-Depth Features:

  • Dynamite Platinum 17.5T Sensored System: Equipped with a powerful 17.5T Sensored brushless motor and ESC with LiPo cut-off. The Dynamite ESC comes with programmable timing and non-timing functions. Out of the box, the vehicle is programmed with non-timing (blinky) mode. Vehicle includes a spare pinion gear to accommodate the timing gear ratio.
  • Spektrum DX2L Transmitter: The interference-free, 2-channel DX2L transmitter features Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM technology. Featuring independent travel dials, throttle limiting switch and a steering dual-rate knob.
  • Viscous Gear Differential: Silicone-filled viscous gear differential is virtually maintenance-free, allowing more run time and less wrench time to increase the overall durability of the drivetrain.
  • Extra High Torque Servo: Equipped with an extra-high torque digital servo that yields 140 oz-in of torque and a satisfying full range of speed. The servo utilizes full ball bearings and metal gears for enhanced precision and durability.
  • Hard Anodized 12mm shocks: The largest shock bore in its class enables improved handling over bumps and improved jump recovery. The included aluminum shock caps include a bleeder screw for easy maintenance and rebuilding.
  • High-Performance Body: Designed for optimal performance, the 22SCT has a body that maximizes airflow around and through it.
  • 4mm Heavy-Duty Turnbuckles: To meet the demands of short course racing, the 22SCT is agile and built to last with 4mm heavy-duty turnbuckles.
  • 2.5mm Hard-Anodized Aluminum Chassis: The precision-machined 7075-T6 2.5mm aluminum chassis is hard-anodized for increased durability and a great look.
  • Gull Wing Suspension Design: This design allows the overall height of the front tower to be much lower and lowers the center of gravity, which improves handling.
  • High-Performance Tires: The tread pattern is an intermediate style tread pattern that offers consistent traction on low to medium grip tracks. The front tires are medium compound and the rear tires are a soft compound. The offset in tire compound compliment the vehicle's stock setup for most tracks.
  • All Metric Hardware: Every piece of hardware on the 22SCT is metric so there is no guessing and no need for multiple sets of tools.
  • Full Ball Bearing Equipped: The 22SCT RTC vehicle comes fully equipped with a set of high-speed, sealed ball-bearings to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Spektrum Micro 3CH Receiver: The SR3520 DSM2 3-channel micro receiver combines small size and low weight with the advanced speed of DSM2 technology. This 3-channel micro receiver combines the advanced speed of DSM2 technology with small size and low weight.

Team Losi Racing 22SCT RTC 1/10 2WD Short Course Truck w/2.4GHz Radio
It is good, but people are better off buying the kit. Good receiver, OK motor and speed control, servo is powerful but slow, and radio is no good. The gear diff. is a leaky piece of garbage. I have been updating the truck as I go week by week. It is an awesome truck and every week my lap times get faster.

Team Losi Racing 22SCT RTC 1/10 2WD Short Course Truck w/2.4GHz Radio
I purchased the losi xxx sct rtr a month ago for 350 + shipping. From day 1 had nothing but issues with steering brace poping off causing no steering and numerous broken front end parts which any slighest graze onlong the side of truck broke something. Every race the truck would pop steering brace off causing DNF and wasted money in aftermarket parts to help fix steering to no effect even had help from Frank Root himself still didn't fix issues. I finally get 1 solid race with the xxx sct and the transmission exploded it couldn't even handle the over powered motor that losi uses for that vehicle. So I had a choice spend $100 to fix transmission and still have chance of steering breaking again or cutting my losses and buying the superior truck for $20 more than xxx sct. So one month later the xxx is in a box in the basement. I can't sell it knowing it's deffective. You get hundreds of dollars in upgrades for $20? My first race with the tlr 22 sct rtc and win the B main. Wait I spent hundreds of dollars in upgrades, parts and hours with the xxx sct to just DNF no positive results. 20 dollars more and no headaches with the tlr. Wich is performing great only issue is the differential leakin so time spent there. Over all the TRL 22 RTC SCT is the way to go if your looking for durability and performance on a track. The losi xxx sct didn't even drive up the street,in yard or the track without failing. In my opinion I should be refunded the money for selling such a under engendered vehicle. Oh yeah people at the track when they saw I got the 22 rtc said now you know why no one wants the xxx. I do not understand the purpose of the xxx for $350 and a far superior trl 22 for $369 don't make mistake I made. 4 stars due to no diff seal Would be 5 if it did.

Team Losi Racing 22SCT RTC 1/10 2WD Short Course Truck w/2.4GHz Radio
Had this truck for over a year now and it cant put a foot wrong and its sturdy as nails. A couple of issues i have encountered: 1. Slider needs alot of maintenance especially when racing in dusty conditions. I have since fittes the Exotek steering mod and its been faultless since. 2. Stock servo is weak and was replaced with a Savox. 3. Shocks weep but fitting tlr xrings makes them super smooth especially with the TiCN shafts. 4. Gear diff leaks like a sive. Trying Kyosho orings as that appears to make them basically maintenance free. we run boosted and turbo 13.5 systems locally and my first outing to our Nationals finished 4th for the weekend. 2 clubmembers have already bought this truck with the 3 more switching soon aswell. Well worth the money and would buy again in a heartbeat.

Team Losi Racing 22SCT RTC 1/10 2WD Short Course Truck w/2.4GHz Radio
This is the best truck i own, and is so much better than both the sc10 and the durango truck. The RTC comes with a powerful servo and a good esc and motor. the body is nicely painted and very sturdy. The tires are pretty good as well for kit tires and i have not yet replaced them. i have only broken a spindle, but i have run it many times now. if i could go back, i would have only ever bought this truck, my sc10 and durango trucks just sit now and are never used

Team Losi Racing 22SCT RTC 1/10 2WD Short Course Truck w/2.4GHz Radio
Really good car, handling, quality, etc.. all really good. Except for the radio has max 50-70 meter range and the stock brushless system is really slow. So after all I should have bought the kit instead, because I have to change the radio system and motor system anyways. Top speed on 2s Gens Ace 5000mah 40c was 30mph on GPS, stock gearing. So I advice everyone to buy the kit and get some proper electric's.

Team Losi Racing 22SCT RTC 1/10 2WD Short Course Truck w/2.4GHz Radio
Hello. I got this and the Kit version for me and my bro to race. He got the RTC and I got the kit. This kit has a nice radio system with it. The tires are also nice and will stick to most surfaces well. The body was done well and looks great out on the track. The shocks were a bit soft but sooo smooth like butter. They might be the best shocks I have used on a 1/10th scale. I would get some extra shock oil to work with you're track. The BL sensored system is smooth as silk and works nicely. The truck took 2 track days with no breaks and no issues. This is the best RTR short course you can buy to get on the track with no fuss. The only thing I would replace is the servo its pretty slow but for getting started it will be Fine. When you replace the servo make sure you get the LOSI metal servo arm for the 22sct. The 22sct has a small space and normal servo arms wont fit. Complete these 2 upgrades and you in the Amain for a long time. A+ LOSI
