I would recommend this starter box to anyone. I have broken in a Novarossi N21B, RB S3II, Axe Rossi Sport, and a Werks Pro 28 Team Line engine all of which were very tight to start during break in. It still works fine and last all day with a gel battery. If you're burning out the motor, you're not aligning the starter wheel with the flywheel properly. |

This box rocks, all you need is a good Lipo battery to give it a little extra umph. The stick packs work fine if you preheat the motor, but it would be better with a lipo... |

I rewired my starter box so that the motors were wired in parallel instead of series. The motors are now really old, but still kicking over new motors. The parallel wiring spins the motors faster too. BTW, I've only ran it with 12V. 2 stick packs would be sick! |

I smoked a motor in this box breaking in a P5x on 12v. I put two Traxass titan motors in it, w/14.4v and it has been awesome. I wonder if the stock motors on 14.4 would work better than 12.
It fits in the Magic/Sportwerks bag well too.
Its a sturdy little box. I like it. |

I use this box with my Mugen MBX5-T Prospec, it ligns up extremely easy with the pegs, but really lacks the torque to turn over the big motors, Its not bad, but its not great. |

I would not recommend this box if running an Xray or if you are running a tight engine. I actually rewired mine today for 2 stick packs and it still want roll my JP over very good. |
