this is my 3rd savage truck, but my first ss kit. this is a great kit!!! each step has its own parts bag so you don't have to go digging for a certain screw or part. great instructions. I never got stuck and you gotta love the steel gears all the way around. A+++ for HPI!!!!! this took me rough 7 hours or so to build... |

I picked up HPI's Savage X SS kit from A Main and what a great build, and as always a great price. HPI has gone above and beyond with this kit and A Main once again has provided the best prices around. I do all my shopping at A Main and look these guys 1st.

just finished putting this kit together i found it very easy, from start to finish all stages of construction are clearly detailed with full instructions and each stage comes with the corresponding parts bag. |

hpi trucks are great BUT HPI CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER BUY A HPI/HOT BODIES PRODUCTS AGAIN LIKE I SAID THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE REALY SUCKS IT SUCKS IT SUCKS IT SUCKS ......I RAN A HOT BODIES TRUGGY WITH THE HPI .28 ENGINE 1/2 GALLON 20% THUR IT AND THE BLOCK CRACKED AND THIS TRUGGY HAS NEVER LEFT THEE GROUND ONCE AND HPI SAYS ITS MY PROBLEM AND FOR ME TO DEAL WITH IT |
