I have used this tire on my Street Stock class car on our hard packed sealed high bit banked dirt oval, it is comparable to the Custom Works "street tracks" tires, but it does take a god run or two, (or scuff with sandpaper) to get through the top layer of rubber that seems to have quite a bit of mold release in it. I am going to try the soft & super softs to see if these give a bit more bite, as in the CW tires, the softer the tire, the better the bite, & these do work well, in hotter weather than at night. Let y'all know how the 'speriment comes out. |
