Now that i look closer at the pics, i can see it is not a "link" receiver. I dont think this reciever will link up with the TQ traxxas link tx. When purchasing these rx always look at the pics, if you see the 2.4ghz in larger font than the traxxas link print, it should be the right one for linking to the link tx.
Also the proper link type tx has five (5) channels not four(4) like this one. The 2.4 is in red type, and is located under the "traxxas link" type.
