This is a great crawler! Very capable with the stock setup. I did swap out the slipper unit for the non slipper unit because the slipper just would not lock down enough. Cut out a portion of the tire foams and added 6 ounces of airsoft pellets to each front wheel and 2 ounces to each rear wheel and it works fantastic! A little tricky to get everything mounted and wires routed when using a system like the Novak Goat and 3s lipo given the external bec and 2nd switch to mount. Didn't like the esc o[…] |

FYI. The kit comes with Aluminum Servo Arm for JR/Air (#23) and Hitec sevos (#24), but NOT for Futaba servos, so if you're running either JR or Hitec you can save $8.49 by not buying the alum arm seperately. Also, go through the roller!!! During the inspection of mine (bought 9/09), one of the driveshafts fell off and the front castor blocks were installed backwards. |

Great Crawler! And as far as the axles, They have already updated them, contact losi and they will send the new versions no charge. The DO stand behind their products, have fun,see ya on the rocks! |

Yeah this kit is very motor/gearing picky. It realy only runs well with brushless. There are few bugs but losi is replacing them all so far. |

Well if you can get past the overheating of motors and the breaking of axles this is a great crawler.
You almost have to use a brushless motor. If you limit your EPA on steering lock you will have a better chance of not breaking axles as often.
Overall Losi needs to address a few issues and this will be the crawler to beat for 09. |

don't use dx3s transmitter, it only has 2 position aux switch not 3 position. As usual that information is only available to Cyborgs and Jedi's and is not stated on the products page. |
