the rear gearbox is definitely one of the weakest designed part of the Losi 8ight 2.0. The plastic bearing inserts have to be replaced with the metal versions unless you want to replace the bearings every race weekend. The Metal ones need serious pressure to install on a new one. I had to grind a little plastic in the slot to get a good seat. The rear wing mount also puts stress on the plastic threads wearing out quickly, and the top set of screws eventually lose thread tightness once the wing m[More…] |
