Outstanding ESC in my opinion. I absolutely love mine. I'm running the 212 software. The RS Pro definitely needs some mild hotwire tuning. Be aware that the posts are also the heat sinks and mount for best ventilation. Be sure to install the included power cap. I've heard that this speed control may not be the best choice for oval guys that are typically 3/4-to-full throttle at all times. Do your homework and be aware of what works best at your track for your level and driving style. |

4 and counting Tekin RS ESC's. Great customer service, very active thread on RcTech.net to answer any set-up problems. Best on the Market....any problems or negative reviews about Tekin I'm guessing it's user error!!! |

I own three of this esc, two I got from amain as a combo and the other one I brought it at my local hobby shop. First of all u Really need to buy the hot wire to run this esc to the max. Once u have the hot wire, this esc is a monster I have install it on both of my xray T3 and one on my short course and everything work great. I will support tekin with there outstanding performance. |

LOVE IT! Bought this to replace my new NOVAK HAVOC Pro's (that s right I had two brand new Havoc PROS BAD within 15 minutes of install). This one is great, and the Hot wire is awesome. Now I have to buy the RX8! |

Fantastic esc. Along with the standard RS I also own, it is in a league of it's own.
The hotwire is not a must, but makes the esc a lot more versatile. |

Overpriced junk. Maybe good for onroad, maybe, but all those setting are utterly useless and will cause the esc either to run too hot and even kill ur motor. I did everything to cool this thing down and nothing worked. Not smooth at all and you'll just get lost with where you're at with programming it. Go for LRP SXX V2 COMP. You wont regret it. Dont fall for the idiots promoting this product. save your hard earned money and buy the right thing. And no, Im no noob. I know no1 who's running this [More…] |
