Just dropped this thing in my revo platinum. It takes the revo one step closer to the edge. LOL I don't know of a faster engine that still uses the ez-start. This Engine was really tight with loads of compression. Most impressed I have been with an engine in a while. SIDE NOTE: If you are upgrading from the .26 max you will see a difference. Also you need to run at least 25% nitro vs 20% in the max.

Picco engines, imo are right up there with Novarossi in terms of build quality and performace.I have been in this hobby 15+years,and when modded, these Picco engines really come alive.I have had all types of engines modded, but out of them all.The Picco's where insane.I have this engine, modded with the full extreme mod, slammed into a revo.At first, I was snapping trans pins and stripping second gear.Through much testing,I have my slipper set, just at the snapping point. My revo is very heavy,(from [More…]

This thing is a beast! I ran it in my Revo Platinum with the resonator pipe and 20% fuel and it was faster around the track than my other Platinum with the RB 523, or the 3.3. I wanted more power since I race against Truggies so I bought the 053 side pipe from Dynamite and she just explodes around the track now. I'm a good two seconds faster around the track with that pipe. I did have a leaking problem with the carb neck and also my throttle linkage needed to be modified a little bit before [More…]

Have this in my revo, wrecked drivetrain parts, installed a center diff and all is good. It ran mediocre with the stock rear pipe but now that i installed a 053 side pipe it runs cooler, and is easier to tune. Make sure to seal the carb neck, and backplate with copper rtv before running to avoid airleaks.
