This is a must have item for any heli enthusiast. It is accurate to a tenth of a degree and it attaches solidly, so your hands are free to adjust mechanically or electronically by transmitter. When using the old sytle pitch gauge- you are really just eyeballing it. I find that by using this pitch gauge- I can set up the blades so accurately, that tracking is perfect without having to tape and adjust manually. I just measure the pitch of both blades at midstick and voila. Also, setting all the limits of the swash AFR is just way more accurate and easy. I couldn't imagine using the old style pitch gauge now. This tool will get your bird flying with laser precision and allow you to get all the performance you can. |
