A couple weeks back, I bought an E-flite Apprentice as my first plane, and loved it. So a few days after that, I ordered this T-28 from A Main, and bound my Apprentice TX to it. The plane flies so wonderfully, I have not re-bound the DX5E transmitter back to the Apprentice.
It's quick, smooth, takes off with very little roll, lands at a reasonably slow speed, has a decent power to weight ratio, and most importantly - it doesn't get tossed about like a feather when there's a slight breeze.
