Just bought this truck about a month ago. The truck is very nice out of the box. Only two modifications are necessary for racing. Get rid of the terrible front tires. I boiled them for 40min, pulled them off the wheels, and replaced them with a similar soft compund tire that the truck comes stock with in the rear (Jconcepts Subcultures). Next, replace the steering servo. The stock one, while reliable, is much to slow and cannot turn as sharp as aftermarket servos. For peace of mind I replaced th[More…] |
