I bought 2 of these trucks, a brand new one for my son and a slightly used one for myself. The used one already had the tuning kit and TLR chassis. First impression on the brand new truck after racing it 2 times... the metal is super weak!! After the first race the rear shock tower had bent forward 5/16" and after the second race the chassis had bent up in the rear 3/8" and 1/8" in the front. My used truck, with the tuning kit and TLR chassis has been perfect, nothing bent at all. If you race this truck and care about winning then you'll have no choice but to spend another $230 on the upgraded chassis and shock towers. |
