It stated very clearly that with the modificacions it would still be very tight, so when i ordered this battery i prepared my Dremel for some modifications, it took me about 45 minutes but the fit now is perfect. First time i used the battery i was amazed, i ran all day long and it holds the power for what seems to be an eternety.
I just used some of the foam i had to cut out and put it over the hole, my screw was short enough and when i removed it after first time use, it was like new. Great p[…] |

This has to be the worst fitting battery there is, it holds a charge all day long but I would rather have something that fit that I had to charge once or twice in a day then last all day and fit like it is. |

I followed the directions for installation and it fits fine in my 8ight-B. Awesome battery as I’m running two ds1015 servos, 4 led lights, a transponder and the receiver. |

Oui effectivement la batterie est un peux grosse pour la boite mais très bonne batterie longue durée pour des servos jr |

I love the battery but it is such a pain in the ass to get it to fit in the 8ight-t. I had to dremil some of the lid to allow for it now dirt gets into my battery box. I have 2 of them they hold one hell of a charge. But needs to be smaller. |

i agree it fits terrible in the 8ights. i not someone who hacks things and when you use this batt. it cover isnt on all the way. it is very missleading. as far as the batt. and operation it is great but if it dont fit then it dont matter. |

WOW...talk about misleading....I broke the battery box lid trying to get this battery to fit into my Losi 8ight using the method described. I don`t understand why Losi hasn`t addressed this problem and just made another taller battery box lid...everyone knows to run high performance servos ,and get through hour mains, you need at least a 2300mAh battery or better, and they don`t come that small. Step up Losi and show a little interest in your customers` needs and make a taller lid. A 1/4 of an i[…] |

Get a regular hump pack style, work so much better -//- It's a good pack and holds a good charge, and fits in the Losi's semi perfect. You cant really use any foam otherwise it wont close easily and the screw that goes through the battery box pokes into it. I think I'm just going to put a lot of electrically tape around where it touches where the screw is. It fits really snug. |

I actually bought both of these packs....the losi style and the original style. After I got them I found out that the losi one just plain doesnt fit without doing some serious modifications to the box. I even cut down the screw on the bottom of the tray and did some other DREMEL work inside the box and I finally got the ORIGINAL style battery to fit into my 8ight comfortably and easily. It actually fit better than the losi pack without any mods. The pack has tons of power, holds a great charge a[…] |

I would not recommend buying this pack for two reasons. It takes quite a bit of dremil work to get it to fit well, Stickman is fibbing a bit by saying it's "Losi Style". I cycled this pack 4 times and never got more than 1400 mAh into this 2500 mAh pack. I returned it and likely will not trust Stickman again. |

You need a shorter screw for the battery box. I made that same mistake and killed a few batteries. |
