This engine has insane top-end with a short off-road manifold + 086 pipe yet, low-end is still impressive. It has enormous low-end grunt with a regular off-road manifold + 053 pipe yet, it revs faster than most can dream of. With a short manifold and a properly tuned Buku pipe, it combines both worlds so vividly that I feel like I have a twin engine truck. It offers very linear power from eye opening low-end to ear shredding top-end.
Needless to say, the internals are state of the art; Novarossi style. Don’t even think about comparing this engine with over bored .30 or .32 offerings on the market. This is a high-end competition engine that is equipped with a roto start for trucks that can not be bump started. It would be excessive for a truggy but I highly recommend this engine for those who are looking for the best monster truck engine that money can buy. |
