My brand new slash 4x4 came with one of these. The third or fourth time I drove it, the side that holds the set screw in cracked of the rest of the pinion, making it useless. I dont know if this is a one time deal because my friend has had the same pinion since he has own his truck and it has never broke. Plus its the only .8 mod pinion that acceps a standard 1/10 scale motor shaft without the risk or hassel of an adapter sleeve.
