I am a verified owner of one of these radios so please read this.
I live all the way in australia and bought one of these to be used in my Losi xxx-sct (which is awesome with the castle SCT combo in) and found that upon arrival that the radio did not work.
I am not a newbie and have been through everything from the voltage going to the sr300 to the sr300 itself being the issue but its the DX3e! I have maybe 30m of range with the car and then the stupid thing starts to glitch.

Nice looking radio. everything functions well... as long as your within 50 ft of you car and have direct line of sight. I haven't seen range this poor out of a 10 dollar ebay special radio. Contacted customer service horizon customer service with no reply to any of my 3 emails. definitely not recommending this radio to any of my friends, maybe to my competition so i can laugh as their car comes to an abrupt halt on the back straight. |

one of the best bangs for your buck a good amount of features feels solid and built to last bought it for my slash 2wd and love it compared to stock tq radio traxxas provides great for beginners or ones who have a small budget like myself thanks spektrum for coming out with a affordable yet well built product very economic on battery uses only uses 4 not 8 plus has a built in charger i recommend it to beginner and pros alike |

I bought this to replace the stock AM HPI Blitz radio. This really is an excellent package for $75. I'm giving it 5 stars even though the included S200 servo was bad. Amain swapped the bad servo out without any hassle and got me back on the track.
The Tx/Rx work great and no problems at all. Great range all the down the street and also at the track with 20-30 other people. I highly recommend the Spektrum Capacitor that plugs into the Aux channel. This helps buffer the power from the mot[…] |

Great cheap 2.4 radio from spektrum. For the price you get a lot of handy features and adjustable settings. The range is good enough that I can't really tell which direction the truck is facing. While the radio seems to be great for the month or so I've had it, the servo is not really that great. It is a little faster than the stock servo on my rustler and definatly has more torque but within a week I had a bit of a hard landing and it skipped a few teeth on the gears inside and i had to take th[…] |

Great upgrade for beginner like myself. Installed Rx and servo in a blitz and love it! Good range...servo has more torque than the stock HPI servo. I'm not into racing (yet) and this radio does everything that I need it too. Only one complaint...the small knobs on the top could have used a different design. They are very hard to turn and aren't really knobs at all. I guess that keeps you from bumping them and loosing your settings, though...All in all, a great 2.4 Ghz radio! |
