This may be a great bearing for what it is intended for, but definitely not where a good seal is required. The set I received did not have a normal rubber seal. The coloring you see in the picture is painted on a metal seal and may be a rubber paint, but definitely not a normal rubber seal. This bearing only lasted ˝ of a battery in the slipper carrier of a Slash 4x4 driven in very dusty conditions. I purchased these bearings after having excellent results from Boca yellow seal ceramic bearings thinking I could save some money here. Looks like “You get what you pay for” is still true. |
