I have been currently running this for about 2 gallons of fuel on my nova 21+4. I have not noticed any significant gains in run time or in engine idling. A correct engine tune seems to solve both of those problems. I do notice a little increase in tractability in slick and dusty conditions. I think the best reason for getting this is that your going to have a nearly bullet proof flywheel that won't be damaged by rocks or an extremely rough track.
