Have this horn on my Hitec 5955TG. Very tight to get on. Ran my truggy in it's very first race (a 2 hour Ironman at Oakhill RC Speedway in Waterford, PA) and had no issues whatsoever. Checked it after the race. Still as tight as can be. Excellent servo arm.

I agree, tight like the previous poster. I think its the anodizing. Just align it up, push hard down and as you tighten, it will clamp down nicely.
