This is an AWESOME Truggy! I bought this kit and also bought the Tekno electric conversion kit at the same time. It went together good and rips with the castle 2200kv motor. I looked at other brands in the 1/8 truggy and this is the most product for the money. I am sure I would be happy with the other too, but I'd be out an extra $200! Can't go wrong with this one! |

Whats there to not like? Everything i saw in the build was quality stuff. Instructions are easy to follow. Match a parts bag to the step in the book. Good photos and reference. I dont have much to say about the track yet as i have yet to bring it. I have run it in the yard and WOW, this thing is going to be easy to drive. Handles like a champ and soaks up bumps very well. The shocks and suspension are really nothing shy of amazing, esp for a "budget" kit. Running mine with werks b5/2057 w/spacer[More…] |

This truggy is awesome, truly incredible performer. Im running an OS V-Spec in mine! At the track people constantly compliment me on how nimble and fast I am with it, it really is a great handling truck. Its agile yet controllable and very fast especially through the bumps. At my track most people I pass is through the rough where I can just open up the throttle and they have to go very easy. Another strong point is the trucks durability, no issues there. got about 2 gallons of fuel through mine[More…] |

This truggy is a boss, i got the electric conversion from rc monster and now running a tekin rx8 with tekin 2050kv motor and it it tears. Only broken the little plastic connecting loop on the end of the shock but it just threads off...simple fix and that was from going about 50 into a pallet of bricks. BEST Truggy |

I am new to 1/8 truggy and have raced this for the first time recently. I put in the Tessman setup and it's so easy to drive! I put it together myself and everything went smoothly - All of the kit parts were bagged in order of operation with nothing missing. For the lowest truggy price out there, it even included wheels. I've had a couple of gnarly crashes that had me rolling pretty hard, and the only thing that's broke so far was the small plastic piece that holds the wing to the wing mount. To[More…] |

This truggy is amazing.....I have this truggy with a werks racing b2 with a werks racing pro clutch which hooks up like a dream & a werks racing 2013 pipe, this truggy can run with the best of them (losi, associated, mugen etc) if you wanna race in the truggy class for a reasonable price go buy a hb d8t! |

This truggy will run with the best of them at a fraction of the cost! Very tough and durable. Great shock package as well. This is the best bang for the buck on the market right now!
If your looking to get into truggy racing save yourself some money and buy a D8T. You will thank me later... :-) |

I was use to drivin Revo's and i thought that they were good every one should own a d8t or any truggy for that matter i will be buying another d8t soon just to have, buildin it was sweet. no problems. after about 8 to 10 hours of drivin the d8t finally broke a front wheel carrier......and this this truggy has been beat... |

This truck does what they say(Easy to drive, smooth, and you will put down consistant laps) however the front center drive pin wears extremly fast. I tried the updated one with the new coupler and it wore out to. I finally purchased the tecno coupler with the retaining ring and put in a xray drive pin from my 808 buggy problem solved. The rear hubs break consistantly had to get aliminum ones. All in all its a good truck and you get what you pay for I did notice no matter what setup i ran it liked o[More…] |

I have three of these for whatever reason they ARE COOL!!! Converted all but one to electric and they are fun and competitive in any config. Best truggy for the money and I can do circles around the rc8t's and the losi's. The only one I have not compared to is the MBX6T. I love Mugen too so it might be time to buy one of those soon : ) Thanks A Main. |

My D8 arms lasted a whole season before I changed them. So, far my D8T arms have been really good. The good thing is when they do wear they still don't break but bend. I would rather have an arm that would bend during a race than one that will snap and result in a DNF. |

I agree with the first review. Awesome truck! Handles awesome on the track! Only thing I'm looking to do is upgrade the front carriers and rear uprights to cnc aluminum. Other than that, definitely a real competitor on the track! I love mine! Bought mine off AMain Hobbies, the best deal on the internet, so look no further! |
