This motor is smooth. I have installed it in my truggy went from OS 25 which I also luv but has way to much power for the track I primarily run at. But the Novarossi mileage is second to none, on my truggy am getting 12.5 minutes. |

This is a great motor. I have it in my MBX-6T and i can go about 12-13 min. on one tank. The hottest that it runs is about 250. I had one or two flame outs when it was still new. But a little more running and it runs lik a champ. Can't go wrong for only $300. |

Two races and a day of practice thru mine overall one gallon.
Motor has sick power @ 227 temp . Still have an awsome pinch.
A cool feature on the motor is that the head ain't to tall so it stays clean: )
idles like a kitten, can't ask for more on them nova carbs and is great on plugs, I'm running a 97t(med.) but my friend runs 77t(hot) and it's also great.
Overall great motor!!can't wait to push it to 230-245 |

Finally i get my novarossi plus4 , i install it at my kyosho st-rr and i put the dynamite 053 pipe,41021 header,Novarossi C6TGC glow plug ,6.5venturi...
I heat it up with a heat gun and i fire it up in a second... outside temperature 10 Celcious so i wrap the engine with some old clothes to run the engine at 95-105 C... After 9 tanks a week later i go to the First truggy race for 2010 and i tune it (outside temp 5C) the engine works very good it have ton of power at low end! TONS OF POWER is th[More…] |

I have had one these 21-4's for a few months , It has a awesome power band from bottom to top like no other engine I have ever owned before. Running 30% sidewinder , 97t plug, 6.5 carb insert , 9901 nova pipe & short header. In a 8ight buggy you can run a 14t clutch bell on a smaller tight track with a LOT of bottom end & TOP end , and a 10 min run time ... This engine is well worth the price....I am comparing this engine to RB C-6 , V-spec , ninja which I have owned ... -//- My error in the la[More…] |

Been Racing this engine all summer. I get 11 min run time in XT8 Truggy 7mm res , temps usualy 238 - 245, I use standard plug version ( always Nova c5 plug), 9853 pipe and nova short smooth header. Engine tune stays very well after setting. Great power all around for me. I have seen a few mention flameouts, I have never had one racing yet in over 8 gallons , I have seen a flame out on a couple , the flameouts I have seen have been due too too lean settings on LSN everytime, also I would recomen[More…] |

Im happy to see that most reviews on this motor are positive. I didnt get but 5 gallons through one and only 4.5 gallons out of the other. There is a lot of crank pin wear and both are too far out of tolerance to use. By the time I put a new crank, rod, sleeve, and piston in, I could get a new one. So, I bought a Toro. I really dont want this to be a negative review; just an honest one. I race a lot and go through motors and Nova has been good to me for sure. I just simply didnt get the life I [More…] |

Great! Ran 45 min main this past weekend outside temp. around 100. Plus 4 ran around 240, averaging 11min run times with RE11 pipe. Zero flames for all the plus 4's at the race there was around 30 people running them. I personnaly think this enging is the best I have run in a while. I am switching from a OS speed. |

Perfect engine, very easy to breakin. I broke it in without any issues, compare to my v-spec. Anyhow this is the best engine for me so far.
Lots of power. |

You should try pitting and putting gas in your tank...these motors take a lot of babying to get 8 mins on a track. |

This engine should be called the Nocarossi plus flame out edition! Motor runs great for about 8 minutes then it flames out for no reason. I have been all across the board with the tune to resolve this problem and have had no luck. Nearly every plus 4 engine that I have seen at the track has the same problem. I would never buy this engine. |
