This engine has my name on it and I stand behind this engine wholeheartedly. I love hearing peoples success stories with this engine. I love when people tell me how they yarded another much more expensive engine down the straight. I love when people 'tag' me on Facebook showing me there Lutz engine mounted in their race car. It's a great feeling and i'm proud to stand behind this engine and Alpha Plus!

I have ran the Toro Nero & Bonito motors, and the Ryan Lutz Alpha has as much power & pop as those other motors and maybe even more. The motor holds a good tune & i like that i can support a Nor Cal brother. I'm looking to buy a second for my back up. GREAT MOTOR......... |

i have now purchased 2 alpha lutz edition engines and so far im very impressed the engine is a cinch to tune and can idle all day , i run lutz l4 glow plugs with 25% nitro ,this engine lifts the front wheels coming onto the straight and i got the photos to prove it , its a beast you wont be disapointed , does take a bit to break in but once it has look out |

helped my brother break his in. Went very smoothly and the engine started showing its power after the 7-8th tank. Took it to a big race and that thing ripped down the straightaway better than any stock motor out there. It was very comparable to the Clockworks and Houston's engines in terms of acceleration and that "keeps pulling all the way down the straightaway" factor. Fuel mileage is decent, but much of that is the pipe we were using. So far great engine for the price. |

never ran this motor but all alpha motors are ticking time bombs ran one alpha motor in my truggy and that thing was a turd on bottom end and the first review dude clock works aint got nothing when i can out pull their roma 25 that has been modded with my bonito that was sent in to monty houston owner of houstons engine service and all that was done was the crank filled is impressive having a .21 out pull a .25 clock works has alot of work to do to keep up with houstons engine service to all clo[More…] |
