I own quite a few Viper products. I've had every VST motor from 6.5T to 17.5T. To me, the 7.5T is the best all around for 1/10 buggies and 2wd short course trucks where high speed straights and big jumps are part of the layout (bigger tracks). I have the 7.5T in a TLR 22 and a TLR 22SCT and get great performance. Some people say the motors are underpowered compared to the Tekin motors of the same turn.
