When I was in the market for an electric motor I was very hesitant to purchase something new on the shelf. I talked to people at the track about what they thought were good motors, but the only responses I could gather were those of brand loyalists. I'm not sure if Viper has been around anywhere else in the RC community, but I thought I'd go out on a limb and try one of the 9.5T motors.
