This is the Sportwerks .26 V2 off road pull start monster truck engine. The V2 versions is more powerful than ever! This engine come with a two needle aluminum slide carb, SG crank, large cooling head and uses a standard glow plug. The engine also comes with three different carburetor inserts (6.5mm, 7.5mm and 9mm) for fine tuning the power band and fuel economy. This engine come standard in the Team Losi LST monster truck as well as the Sportweks Mayhem RTR buggies. This engine is not legal for racing in the 1/8th scale buggy class at national events, but is great for monster truck applications that need a pull start engine! This includes monster trucks such as the Team Losi LST, HPI Savage, Team Associated Monster GT or Hot Bodies Lightning Stadium monster trucks.
This engine works best with the Novarossi 9853, OFNA 053 or Power Racing 053 tuned pipes and an MC8 or O'Donnell #99 standard plug. |
