This is the ProTek R/C "Supreme Power" 4S 5100mAh, 35C Lithium Polymer
dual hard case battery pack. This
pack includes includes two integrated balance charge leads and a main power lead with a Deans
style T-plug installed. The balance adapters included are 4-pin
Align/E-Flite style XH balance connector.
These packs are designed for 1/8 buggies and truggies, and are constructed as two 2S battery packs wired in series. By constructing the packs are two 2S packs, similar to a saddle pack, you have more flexibility in determining the battery layout in your vehicle. You can either stack the two batteries on top of each other, or you can have one battery on either side of the vehicle.
Since these batteries come with two separate balance leads, if you charge these batteries on a charger with a single balance lead, you will need to charge them as a 4S pack without using the integrated balancing port on the charger, and instead use an external balancer such as the Astroflight Blinky, or Common Sense Ultra Balancer. If however you have a charger capable of charging two batteries at once connected in series (such as the Hyperion DUO, or the ProTek R/C 1010B+ chargers), then you can plug both balance leads into the charger, and balance charge the batteries together as a unit.
These battery packs are built using a hard plastic pack that is
required for use at ROAR sanctioned tracks and events. The packs are
designed to for racing 1/8 scale off-road electric vehicles, such as electric 1/8 buggies and 1/8 truggies.
Unlike most other Lithium Polymer batteries, these batteries can be charged at up to 2 times the rated current, or 2C! If your charger is capable, you can charge these batteries at up to 10.2A!

IMPORTANT:
1) You will need a Li-Poly specific charger to charge the pack (NiMH or NiCD only chargers WILL NOT WORK!)
2) You must not over discharge the Li-Poly battery pack.
3) Read the instructions carefully before operating this battery.
NOTE:
When using high energy Li-Polymer Batteries, please do not
over-discharge or over-charge batteries as this will result in over
heated batteries. Discharging capacity can't exceed 80% of the max
capacity of the pack after full charging to ensure a good cycle
performance. It is recommended to fully charge a brand new battery
before using and only discharge the battery 50% for first 5 cycles.
Always monitor race time and/or set a low voltage warning on ESC (End
voltage cannot be lower than 3.2v per cell). Do not use the battery that
has too low a voltage.
Do not expose batteries to sunshine or store/charge
batteries at the temperature above 35°C or in a closed car. The high
temperature environment could cause damage to the pack or make it
burst. If the battery becomes hot while fast charging, high current
discharging or racing, do not charge the battery until it has cooled
completely. Wait about 20 mins, then inspect prior to recharging.
