This is the Align RCC-3CX 2-4 Cell Li-Poly Balance Charger. This
battery charger is powered from 120/240 volts AC for convienient use in your home or workshop. It charges 2 and 3 cell batteries
(7.4V, 11.1V) and uses the balance charging method where each
cell is charged individually to provide maximum performance and
life of your batteries.
