This is the Perfect Regulators Push Button On-Board Glow-Driver. Simply plug it in and mount it and your ready to go, it's that simple. Works directly from your receiver to get its power, so you can plug it in to it's own channel or "y" harness it in to any channel. With a working input voltage of 4.8v - 7v, this unit will work on just about every Helicopter setup out there.
The NEW remotely mounted push button has to be pressed in order for the Glow Driver to start working. Once pressed, you will get 10 seconds of glow time and then automatically shut itself off. If the Glow-Plug has gone bad or any loose connections are present, the led mounted on the push button assembly will light up red when activated to visually alert you of the issue.
With an 8" Lead for the receiver and 8" 18AWG Silicone Wire with a Ring Terminal for Ground and Alligator Clip for your Glow Plug, you can mount this unit just about anywhere and with a 12" long lead on the Push Button itself, there is no need to reach under the Canopy to start your Heli. Mount the Push Button anywhere you want to up to 12" away from the actual Glow Driver.
