The T-REX 450SE uses the Ball and Hiller mixing control systems. Through simple structure of Ball control system, and power-saving of Hiller system and CCPM control, you can simultaneously control 3 servos for aileron, elevator, and pitch actions. The CCPM control system is great for 3D flying control and extending the life cycle of your servos.
The T-REX 450SE special adjustable pitch system, hold rotation system, and tail rotor drive belt system is a work of great originality for micro helicopters! Providing flybar weight- when normal flying, you can add weights on flybar paddles for stable flight. When aerobatic flying, you don’t need to add the weights, but you can see the flexibility of 3D actions. CNC Metal tail unit and tail holder are made of aluminum to increase rigidity.
The improved gear ratio(4.24:1), is best suited for brushless motors with higher KV, providing more safety. Using an aluminum alloy drive pulley and tail drive pulley, increases rigidity and decreases wear resistance. It is efficient to reduce the rotation loss and makes the actions incredibly smooth.
Most of the parts on the 450SE are machined aluminum which are anodized blue and the main frame is a fully carbon fiber with aluminum internal supports.
